Deskclerk was very nice and friendly. But, the room was one of the sorriest rooms we've been in in a long time. Couldn't hardly wait to leave in the morning. No coffee at all. No kind of breakfast bagel, bun, or protein bar. Won't go back.
Very clean! My room was well stocked with shampoo, soaps and towels! The man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The TV is an older style TV but the cable does work! My bathroom was clean, my sheets were clean, everything was recently dusted and vacuumed. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviews on here but I genuinely enjoyed my stay here!

We stayed here because we were going to see Duran Duran in Canandaigua. The room was a little dated but it was clean. Good hot water and WiFi, no complaints there. Comfortable bed and not noisy. Staff was good. We enjoyed our stay.
Clean rooms and welcoming staff. Location is right off the thruway and adjacent to a gas station and pizza place which is very convenient. One evening it snowed and I awoke to a path shoveled around my car, was very kind of them
Out of the way location for reasonable safe stay. Local cop out patrolling most of night. Rooms were dated and beat up- but if you are looking for a cheap room to sleep, shower, and rest for a night its just fine. Had to stuff my key in their little window in the morning though.
Came here for a work trip and didn’t want to spend $160 a night at the Microtel. The room is very clean, and the block walls make it nice and quiet. Microwave and refrigerator work great and the location is perfect. Only downside is the light outside is very bright and shines through the curtains, and the thruway traffic can be loud at times. Overall, great value for the price and super convenient.
I really liked this place. The painted cinderblock walls might not be for everyone, but it sure made the room quiet. I couldn't hear anyone, which is pretty rare for a place that was completely booked. Bathroom was a tad dated, but clean. Couldn't ask for a better bed, quality sheets and pillows. Slept like a baby. AC/Heat unit might be a little loud for some, but that's how I like it, plus it was constant (it didn't go on/off throughout the night). It also had a Bible in the room, which you hardly see nowadays, but it's greatly appreciated.
